General Rules

  1. Teams must consist of 1 to 4 individuals

  2. Teams should be made exclusively of students (or recent graduates within one year of having graduated) who are not executive organizers.

  3. All team members must contribute to the group’s project.

  4. All work on a project should be done during the hackathon. We will check through the repository’s commit history.

  5. LLM/AI use for coding is allowed.

  6. Teams can use an idea they had before the event.

  7. Teams may use libraries, frameworks, or open-source code as long as they credit or cite their sources.

  8. Adding new features to existing projects is allowed but must be clearly identified in the submission and presentation.

  9. Hacking must stop by 12:30 PM PST on Sunday, 4/26/26.

  10. Projects must be submitted to Devpost by 12:30 PM PST on Sunday, 4/26/26, without exception.

This event will also adhere to CPP's student conduct policies and MLH code of conduct.
